There will be a cost of $8 depending on locations.

Where can I collect the cookies?
You can collect your cookies from
City Hall / Esplanade MRT Station, Weekdays 11.45am to 1.30pm; or

Serangoon Nex, Sundays 9am to 1pm

Can I purchase your cookies as a gift?
Of course you can! And these make perfect gifts for new mothers. For the time being, collection of cookies will still be the same as how you collect your own. We are looking into creation of gift vouchers, which we will update all our mummies once they are up.

How fast can I see the results?
Most mothers notice an increase in their supply after a few days.

What are the other things I need to do to help with my supply?

You will need to drink a lot of water, and offer the breast more frequently. If you are not latching directly, you should be expressing. Demand equals to supply, and when you are doing these frequently, it is sending signals to your breasts to make more milk.

Are the cookies made with breast milk?
Of course not! We save the precious breast milk for our children.

Do the cookies contain medication?
No! They are full of whole grains.

What are the cookies flavors for selection?
We have our traditional original oatmeal, all-time favorite chocolate chip oatmeal, almond oatmeal, as well as raisins oatmeal. We are constantly testing new recipes to bring to you more options! Feel free to contact us if you have a particular flavor that you might be interested in, and we can explore further.

What are in our cookies?
Our main ingredients are oats, brewer’s yeast and flax seed.

Oats – Oats are extremely nutritious with great iron supply which nursing mothers are frequently in need of. They are also filling, dense with healthy calories (do not worry about calories when you are nursing, because you are effectively losing a lot of calories when breastfeeding!). Oats are also a great source of fiber.
You can read more about the benefits of oats here:

Brewer’s Yeast – This is one of the best natural Vitamin B, and has been known to increase milk supply (although debated by some).
You can read more about Brewer’s Yeast here:

Flax seed – Flax seed oil is well known to be a galactagogue (substance that improves lactation). It is full of fiber and omega 3 which is crucial to a nursing mother’s diet. They not only improve milk quality (and possibly quantity), and also boost brain function, memory, joint lubrication, and help to regulate hormones and decrease postpartum depression.

Why don’t your cookies contain fenugreek?
Not everybody can accept fenugreek. Fenugreek may cause low blood sugars and breathing difficulty for people with asthma.

Do the cookies contain dairy products, nuts and gluten free?
Our cookies contain dairy products (which are good for nursing mothers), and ours are not nuts and gluten free.

Do you use preservatives?
No. That is why our cookies are as healthy as possible.

Are your cookies organic?
We use some organic ingredients, but not 100%. That’s why we do not promote our cookies as organic.

How do I keep my cookies fresh?
Our cookies are soft cookies. Keep your cookies in an air-tight container once you have received them. For best storage, keep your cookies in the freezer. Before eating them, leave them outside for a few minutes.

Can my family eat the cookies?
These are great nutritious cookies which everyone can have. They do not produce or create milk supply. They help to boost milk supply, and so your husband or your children will not have any milk unless they are lactating. My own husband munches on them while I’m baking too!
